Must have technical / professional qualifications: Matric is essential. A tertiary qualification in marketing, communication, journalism, UX design, or a similar field is essential. 8 years of content development experience (preferably in an agency, digital marketing, or UX-focused environment). 3 years of content strategy experience, including developing user-centred content strategies for brands. 3 years of experience working cross-functionally with teams such as SEO, UX/UI design, product development, and automation. Proven expertise in UX writing, including crafting micro copy, error messages, and user interface copy that enhances usability and user engagement.
