Essential Skills and
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in HTML & CSS.
- Ability to perform standard-compliant cross-browser coding and compatibility testing.
- Experience with Photoshop and Figma.
- Familiarity with web application development and application/code testing.
- Experience with MS Office Products.
- Capability to integrate company Corporate Identity (CI) into various platforms and designs.
- Experience with a CMS (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager) is advantageous.
- Working knowledge of UX/UI principles, JavaScript, and SEO is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (verbal and written).
- A knack for understanding and interpreting business needs and translating them into actionable designs.
- Flexibility to take on various tasks and strong work ethics.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Group South Africa websites.
- Design and test HTML mailer campaigns.
- Conduct UX/UI research, analysis, and prototyping.
- Collaborate with end-users to gather requirements and feedback.
- Occasionally conduct application testing and code reviews.
