Job Summary
Purpose of the Role:

Responsibilities:
Main Tasks:
Technical :
- Analyses the type of breakdowns (day/night) and defines possible action plans to ensure their reduction.
- Is responsible for organizing and keeping inventories (fluid/end of year),
- Ensures that the technical installations and our workshops are inspected in accordance with the regulations in force, and that they are brought into compliance if necessary with Branch Coordinator
- Ensures compliance with the PEP,
- Qualifies and sets up the tooling resources for the workshops,
- Validates the purchase of tools for any new site opening,
- Supervises workshop audits,
- Ensures that suppliers respect their commitments.
Fleet Management :
- Validates sales proposals with Sales Rep (x2)
- Analyses network assets over 20 and 60 days old (in line with Operation Manager)
- Assigns vehicles to LCT, Grands Ateliers or subcontractors if the site does not make a decision,
- Validates requests for subcontracted work.
Assistance :
- Ensures that the organization and continuity of the 24-hour service is respected in the network,
- Provides technical knowledge to the Technical Managers and Territorial Cold Storage Referents,
- Organises meetings with the technical teams and supervise the workshop duties
- Provides support to the French and Operations Managers with suppliers (negotiation of subcontracting, warranty claims, in the best interests of the company,
- Provides technical support on a region (GP, FS, LP,MP)
- Provides organisational support in a region.
Workshop General Management:
- Revise workshop SOP yearly to ensure the efficiency of employees duties as the company grows and adjust where necessary.
- Evaluate each employee quarterly and complete KPI report.
- Have a daily housekeeping / Health and safety checklist in place and completed daily before operations commence.
- Assist in general duties and other departments when needed and available.
- Revise and evaluate suppliers yearly to compare prices on all products to compare with suppliers in the market to avoid unnecessary expenses and assist with budget management.
