Admin and Office Clerk: Montaque Gardens, Western Cape.R15 000 pmPermanent position.Well presented, well spoken lady. Job Description To provide professional front-line reception, efficient office administration, and accurate sales support. The Office / Sales Administrator ensures smooth daily operations, effective communication with clients and Head Office, and reliable support to the Sales Team.Receptionist answering of phones and taking messages Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Director/Manager. Secretarial support to the branch staff General administration of the branch Invoicing and filing of sales orders Create purchase orders Recon and maintaining a cash float for daily expenses Process Credit card payments Minutes of meetings Assist sales staff with all admin related duties.Transfer stock request in absence of Branch Manager Stock RequisitionsGrade 12 (Matric) Must be fully Computer Literate Minimum 2 years Reception experience Strong communication skills, friendly and well spoken NB: send detailed cv in Word format, provide the actual time frames worked at the companies, stipulate salary at current and previous company worked at, reasons for leaving, notice period at current company and also a facial pic to put on your cv as per Clients request.
