Job Description
- Develop and execute research-driven brand strategies that define positioning and narrative
- Lead marketing campaigns, both online and offline, ensuring consistency across all channels
- Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking to uncover growth opportunities
- Manage social media and e-commerce initiatives, driving online engagement and visibility
- Collaborate with creative teams and external agencies to deliver compelling brand communications
- Maintain brand integrity across product development, communications, and promotions
- Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Support sales enablement and align marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Manage budgets and ensure marketing spend aligns with strategic priorities
What We’re Looking For:
- Business or marketing-related degree (or equivalent professional qualification)
- 3+ years in Sales & Marketing, ideally in FMCG
- Strong project management skills with hands-on experience across campaigns and channels
- Proven experience in creative development across design, copy, content, and multimedia
- Demonstrated expertise in social media and e-commerce
- Entrepreneurial mindset, flexible, and results-driven
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
