REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• At least 1 year of retail experience (preferred)
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with MS Office, including Excel and Pastel
• Strong client orientation and interpersonal skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Basic financial understanding

 
DUTIES:

• Pick and pack stock accurately and efficiently
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers on arrival and departure
• Manage transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Ensure accuracy in quantity and pricing during sales
• Process invoices and check picking slips
• Accept payments via cash and credit card
• Confirm that payments are reflecting correctly in the company’s accounts
• Issue receipts, refunds, and change as required
• Participate in regular stock takes and inventory check
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area at all times

HOURS:

• Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:00
