We are seeking individuals who are talented in tele-sales and client services. The role of Telemarketer comprises the following list of duties: – Call potential customers per the information they provided to us – Answer incoming calls and attend to client inquiries. – Provide customers with information on products or services per their initial interest shown when they signed up and gave their information – Arrange meetings and bookings for Sales Department with potential customers. – Maintain a list of potential leads and follow up with them as discussed. – Enter customer information as provided in line with POPIA into databases. – Train other telemarketers when needed
