About the Role
The Sales Executive role at MMU Group is a key position that requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills to promote our brand, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the brand in order to enhance the value of all company products
- Participate in events and open days to ensure visibility of the brand
- Find new prospects / new markets / growth areas / customers
- Identify and report on new emerging trends
- Expand sales channels to maximize business opportunities
- Provide market feedback on products
- Understand customer needs and devise plans to meet them
- Set strategic thinking sales plans in order to meet objectives, enhance and expand the business, and achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with Marketing and Management on promotional strategies that meet customer demands
- Coordinate activities with Finance, Warehousing, and Logistics departments to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless processes
- Negotiate and close deals that contribute to the growth of the business
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Respond to and resolve any customer concerns
- Maintain and update customer information and sales data
- Attend industry specific events to build network and relationships
Requirements
- Relevant sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong market knowledge and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
