• Matric (Grade 12) required.
• Retail or customer service training is an advantage.

Experience

• 1–2 years experience as a shop assistant, retail consultant, or in hospitality guest service.
• Experience in boutiques, lodge retail spaces, or gift boutiques is an advantage.
• POS/till experience preferred.

• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale systems.
• Basic numeracy and cash-handling ability.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles.
