About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Camp Manager to oversee the daily operations of our camp. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of all facilities, manage staff effectively, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily camp operations, including accommodation, facilities, and logistics
• Supervise, train, and manage camp staff to ensure efficiency and high standards of service
• Monitor and maintain camp infrastructure, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage budgets, procurement, and inventory control
• Coordinate with service providers, contractors, and suppliers
• Ensure the well-being and safety of all camp residents
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in camp management, hospitality, or facilities management
