Mngt mech./elec. breakdowns/ RCA/resolve/inform staff on job card re. machines service needs/compile schedule/ensure job card system up to date/reports correct/on time/good work carried out by operators/ quality work done to prevent re-occurrence on same equip.. Take stock critical spares/order in time/assets cared for/adhere to greasing/oiling schedules, inspection parts/meet specs/cleaning plant components. Coordinate daily measurement energy efficiency/ensure ION Meter in order/record energy usage/power factor units/action defects to rectify/achieve/maintain air/dust declaration/spillage/water leakage free plant/CI to ensure compliance.
