Mpumalanga: Shift Leader

Day-to-day operational running the shift the team leader is allocated to Opening of dockets, inspecting of dockets before handing in Crime scene and Incident management Conduct audits, risk assessments and deficiency reports, PTO`s Attending to unrest situations (labour and community) Ensure that all SOPs and compliance to the Companys disciplinary code are adhered to Ensure that court procedures are fulfilled Must have knowledge of underground environment and risks of confined spaces Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills: PSIRA certification – Grade A Members must pass a physical evaluation test on the shooting range and COF Grade 12 or equivalent qualification Illegal Mining experience Competency for all 3 firearms Excellent written & verbal communication skills Knowledge of criminal procedure and gatherings act Knowledge of crowd management Firearm competency in handgun, shotgun, and self-loading rifle for business purpose Must be willing to undergo polygraph test The ability to communicate and present at all levels The ability to work under pressure and in confined spaces underground Operational planning and underground plan reading Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record Drivers license Own transport Own accommodation Willing to work long hours
