About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team in Mpumalanga, responsible for leading a retail store and ensuring its success. The ideal candidate will have strong financial and operational management skills, excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations, including staff supervision and customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and control stock
- Analyze sales data and make informed decisions to optimize store performance
- Collaborate with regional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Retail/Business Management (advantageous)
- Minimum 5 years proven retail store management experience
- Strong financial and operational management skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of SAP/Unisolv/Kronos would be an advantage
