Qualifications:B Eng / BSc / BTech / National Diploma discipline, National Certificate – NTC 6 Engineering (with relevant Trade Certification) in Mechanical or ElectricalCompleted Government Certificate of Competence, Mines and Works (GCC).Completed or in the process of completing a postgraduate qualification (Honours, Masters, MDP, etc.) would be advantageousRequired Experience:A minimum of 5 years experience as a Section Engineer (Legal Appointee) of which 3 years in a UG TMM environment, preferably in an operation that utilises caving and/or long hole drilling methods. Must have good cognitive and analytical abilities.Project management experience would be highly advantageous.Experience in the in Underground Large Excavation TMM equipment and technology would be advantageous.Experience managing a large contractor mining operation will be advantageous.
