About the Role
The Camp Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our camp, providing exceptional customer service to guests and instructors, while maintaining compliance with regulations and rules.
Key Responsibilities
- Understanding the concessions and Reserve rules and Regulations and making sure that instructors, students and visitors sign the Code of Conduct and Reserve Rules
- Handling official communication in camp, including Camp phone and emails
- Pre-course preparation
- Guest arrival, feedback forms, stock and cash control
- Camp and Guest administration, processing, invoicing, filling and paperwork
- Compliance to legal and Regulatory requirements with regards to insurance, health and safety
Requirements
- Matric
- Tertiary qualifications will be advantageous
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Safari, Lodge or Hospitality industry
- Excellent organizational, logic and administration skills
- Computer literate
- Valid driver’s license
