Nelspruit: Electrical Engineer posted by Communicate Finance

• Drive and support R&D initiatives related to electrical systems, power components, and emerging technologies
• Perform laboratory testing and performance evaluation of electrical equipment and systems
• Analyse test data and contribute to design improvements and optimisation
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering and research teams
• Prepare detailed technical reports, specifications, and research documentation

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, R&D, or testing environments
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and performance characteristics
• Hands-on experience with laboratory testing, commissioning, or prototyping
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills

Qualification:

• Master’s degree (MEng/MSc) in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering essential
