We’re currently expanding our field operations team and are looking for a skilled Field Service Automation Engineer to support, install, and maintain our automation systems at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and troubleshoot automation and control systems (PLC, SCADA, HMI, etc.) at client sites
• Provide on-site technical support and training to clients
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automation equipment
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system upgrades and modifications
• Document service visits, prepare reports, and maintain service records
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols during fieldwork
• Travel to customer locations, sometimes at short notice

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field
• Proven experience with automation systems (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider Electric)
• Hands-on experience in programming and troubleshooting PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently
