Nelspruit: Financial Manager

Minimum requirements: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA or equivalent qualification advantageous) 8 years financial management experience in a medium to large organisation Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, reporting, and compliance Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software systems Experience in agriculture is beneficial but not essential Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the full financial function including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and audit standards Prepare and present management accounts, financial statements, and performance reports Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost control to support operational efficiency Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and support decision-making Manage and mentor finance staff to ensure effective workflow and professional development Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders Implement and maintain effective financial controls, systems, and procedures Consultant: Lynette Wolmarans – Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
