About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team in Nelspruit, South Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll administration and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for employees
- Maintain accurate records of employee data
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
- Provide administrative support to the finance department
- Manage payroll-related queries from management and employees
Requirements
- Matric certificate
- Pastel certification completed
- 35 years experience in a similar position
- Proficient in Pastel Payroll
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Valid driver’s licence
- Own reliable transport
