About the Role
Liham Consulting Pty (Ltd) is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Nelspruit. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing detailed sales reports
- Growing existing sales areas and actively identifying new business opportunities
- Analyzing sales data and trends to drive performance and improve sales strategies
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans in alignment with company objectives
- Leading, coaching, and motivating the sales team to exceed targets and KPIs
- Ensuring sales policies, procedures, and company values are upheld
- Monitoring competitor activities and market developments
- Collaborating with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in wholesale/retail
- 5 – 8 years’ experience in sales
- Stable track record
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of accounting systems (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
