About the Role
As a Wholesale Sales Representative in Nelspruit, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, financial turnover, and gross profit goals for our company. You will be responsible for achieving consistent results, providing best-in-class service levels, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and Exceed Sales Goals: Meet and surpass turnover, gross profit, and unit budgets.
- Develop a Robust Pipeline and Open New Accounts: Build a pipeline with 5-10 prequalified target accounts. Open at least 10 new accounts annually, each with a minimum spend of R30,000.
- Expand Market Share: Participate in management strategies to grow market share in PCR, TBR, AGR, IND/OTR, or any other required product groups.
- Conduct Effective Meetings: Prepare thoroughly for meetings, setting clear objectives in Salesforce. Ensure meetings align with CCF ratings on Salesforce, aiming for a minimum of 100 customer visits per month.
- Collaborate with the Customer Relations Manager: Coordinate with your wholesale sales manager to prioritize high-value customers for the Customer Relations Manager’s call list.
- Review Sales Performance: Engage in monthly strategic meetings with your wholesale sales manager to discuss individual performance. Utilize BI figures, Salesforce reports, and new business statistics to review and strategize.

- Matric Driver’s license
- At least 5 year sales experience
- A post matric qualification in sales and/or Marketing or General business course
- At least 3-5 years tyre industry knowledge
