We are looking to recruit a Group Senior Learning & Development Coordinator on a fixed-term contract who is an inspiring, empowering and results-orientated professional with a passion for service excellence and employee development. This role ensures that all employees receive the necessary training to perform their duties effectively, aligning with the group’s standards and objectives Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Group Learning & Development Manager, this role is responsible for managing the co-ordination and administration of training and development programmes across the Petousis Hotel Group. Plan, coordinate, and manage group-wide learning initiatives. Approve and oversee training logistics, materials, and content. Act as the point of contact for managers, HR, and external providers. Produce management reports and analyze learning data to identify gaps and trends. Handle escalated queries. Oversee trainee and student programmes, ensuring compliance and smooth delivery. Review and approve course materials, presentations, and content. Support operational aspects of ad-hoc projects and special initiatives . Job Requirements Matric Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration/Office Management (NQF 4–6). Minimum 5 years’ experience in a professional training environment or executive administration. Strong organizational skills and time management abilities. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in MS365 (essential). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. Proactive and solution-orientated approach. Experience collaborating with HR, department managers, and external trainers.
