• Technical Diploma or Mechanical Engineering Degree
• 5+ years’ experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
• 2+ years in a similar leadership/management role
• Strong knowledge of boilers, steam systems, and CMMS
• Solid understanding of the OHS Act, labour legislation, and GMR
• Familiarity with power generation equipment and plant operations
