Job Summary
Location: This role can be based at any of our branches in Durban, Johannesburg, Cape Town or Port Elizabeth. Required Experience: Bachelors degree or higher in a related field. 4 years in recruitment/talent acquisition, with 2 years in a leadership role. Proven experience leading a sales team or a recruitment team focused on business development including telesales Proficiency in recruitment software (e.g., ATS systems). Temporary Employment Service experience is beneficial. POPIA compliance knowledge is advantageous. HR and IR knowledge is advantageous. Key
Responsibilities:
Duties include, but are not limited to: Leading the recruitment team to achieve performance and sales targets. Setting and managing KPIs, with regular performance reviews. Overseeing hiring, onboarding, and collaborating with department heads. Supporting employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives. How to apply:
