About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Area/Operations Manager to join our fast-food quick service restaurant group operating multiple outlets in Jhb North and Roodepoort, Gauteng. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with a strong passion for the Restaurant industry, who is able to travel between stores and support store management with everyday tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in store operations and provide support to store management
- Maintain brand standards and service levels across all outlets
- Recruit, develop, and train staff to ensure optimal store performance
- Provide franchise support and maximize store potential
Requirements
- Experience in a franchise environment (essential)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in head office or multi-store/senior management
- Ability to travel between stores as required

- Formal education/certifications not specified
Salary & Benefits
- Salary R 20 – 25 K ctc depending on experience
