North West: FOH/Guide Couple posted by Wild Dreams Hospitality

This Luxury Lodge is situated in the Madikwe Game Reserve, and is ideally suited for a dynamic and experienced FOH and Guide couple.

FOH Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience in a 4-5 star lodge environment
• Must have Grade 12 – hospitality degree/diploma beneficial
• Valid RSA ID and Drivers Licence
• Excellent telephone etiquette and all-round communication skills
• Must be professional and well groomed
• Able to work under pressure
• Must be computer literate
• PANStrat OS Knowledge beneficial
• A team player with a high regard for efficiency, and eagerness to assist in all departments as needed

Guide Requirements:

• FGASA Level 1 or higher, or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license, PDP and first aid certification
• Proven experience as a Field Guide in a 5* game lodge
• Lead informative and engaging game drives, bush walks, and other wildlife activities
• Share in-depth knowledge of local flora, fauna, and conservation efforts with guests
• Ensure the safety and well-being of guests during all guided activities
• Collaborate with lodge management on wildlife monitoring
• Provide additional support for lodge operations and guest services as required
• Passion for wildlife, nature conservation, and sharing knowledge with guests
• Ability to deliver informative and engaging nature interpretations during guided activities
