- Agricultural Diploma Degree advantageous
- 5 years farm management experience
- Previous strawberry farming experience
- Proven experience and knowledge with irrigation and fertigation
- Proven experience with preparing of land, planting and field maintenance
- Maintenance orientated
- Strong verbal skills in English and Afrikaans
- Effective leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license
