1. 2+ years’ experience in agricultural crop protection industry.
2. Deliver in-field support, demos, and feedback on crop protection products.
3. Advise on regional agronomy, integrated solutions, and emerging crop challenges.
4. Influence product uptake through credibility, knowledge sharing
5. Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributor agents and growers.
6. Foster collaboration through field days, joint visits, and technical training.
