Job Description

Take ownership of financial oversight and reporting across an extensive property portfolio, ensuring precision and deadlines are consistently met Work in partnership with the Asset Management team on investment appraisals, acquisitions, and divestments Compile and manage budgets and forecasts for large‑scale developments and operational assets Build and maintain sophisticated financial models covering revenue streams, cost assumptions, and return metrics Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis on variables such as occupancy rates, escalations, and funding structures Manage loan covenant reporting and submissions to financiers Direct the receivables function, including invoicing, collections, and credit management Liaise with tenants and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and enhance cash collection performance Oversee audit processes and ensure adherence to statutory and compliance standards Champion technological and process enhancements to improve reporting and efficiency within finance Analyse and interpret portfolio performance across sectors, including mixed‑use and hospitality assets Engage with senior leadership, investors, and operational teams to support decision‑making Skills & Experience: 710 years experience within a property finance environment Demonstrated exposure to sizeable portfolios across retail, commercial, or residential sectors Strong experience managing receivables, billing cycles, and credit control functions Advanced capability in financial modelling, forecasting, and performance analysis Familiarity with property management systems, with MDA considered highly beneficial Strong commercial acumen combined with analytical and problem‑solving skills Ability to perform effectively in a fast‑moving, high‑volume setting Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills Qualification: BCom in Accounting, Finance, or related field CA(SA) designation advantageous For more information connect with us on
