About the Role
MSP Staffing LTD is seeking a highly experienced HR professional to fill the role of HR Superintendent at a reputable mine in Northern Cape. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, and the ability to present complex information to various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and implement HR policies and procedures across the organization
- Provide strategic guidance on employment equity planning and statutory reporting
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulators, unions, and other stakeholders
- Present to governance forums and engage with unions to ensure effective communication
- Oversee skills development programs and labour relations initiatives
Requirements
- Grade 12
- B. Tech / Degree (NQF Level 7) in Human Resources
- Post Graduate qualification in Honours Human Resources / Leadership equivalent (Recommended)
- Minimum of five (5) years operational HR Generalist experience (EE, Recruitment, Labour Relations, Skills Development)
- Minimum of one (1) year Supervisory / Management experience
- Minimum of two (2) years practical experience in Employment Equity planning and statutory reporting
