About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team at iStaff (Pty) Ltd, based in the Northern Suburbs. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing recruitment and onboarding processes, administering employee records, contracts, and HR documentation, and supporting performance management and disciplinary processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Administer employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Support performance management and disciplinary processes
- Administer and process payroll inputs and leave administration
- Ensure compliance with labour legislation and company policies
- Support training, development, and employee relations initiatives
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in a generalist HR and payroll
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficient in Payspace
