Job Summary

Telesales Consultant – At our Head Office in Cape TownResponsibilities include (but not limited to):Order Processing & Admin: Capture and process orders, including online and retail orders, generate and follow up on SAP quotations, send confirmations, manage online orders, and ensure order accuracy.Sales & Customer Engagement: Advise clients on promotions, offer deals, follow up on quotations, and build strong customer relationships.Customer Support: Address inquiries and complaints on stock, orders, credits, and deliveries while coordinating with internal teams and couriers for resolution.General Admin & Support: Maintain accurate records, assist the sales team, and contribute to process improvements.Basic requirements:At least a Grade 12 / Matric certificateAt least 5 years` relevant work experience in a similar position / telesales environmentProficiency in MS Word, Excel & EmailExperience with SAP will be an advantageExcellent interpersonal / people skillsOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsSales orientated with a focus on customer serviceStart Date: 1 April 2025 (or asap)Closing Date: Friday, 28 February 2025 (please apply as soon as possible)Please Note:Applications must include a comprehensive CV and copies of your ID & qualifications to be considered.If you have not heard from us by 31 March 2025, kindly regard your application as unsuccessful.Email your application to: Modern Hair Products & Services
