Agent correspondence, AP correspondence, costings, invoices & credit notes and updated booking file cover/summary and ensure all documents are in</p><p><strong><span style="color:#212529;">Requirements:</span></strong></p><p><span style="color:#212529;">At least 5+ years experience in luxury travel or hospitality industry</span></p><p><span style="color:#212529;">Bachelors degree in hospitality management or Tourism</span></p><p><strong><span style="color:#212529;">In-depth product knowledge East Africa, particularly Tanzania and Kenya.</span></strong></p><p><span style="color:#212529;">Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements skills</span></p><p><span style="color:#212529;">Customer Service and Reservations experience</span></p><p><span style="color:#212529;">Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</span></p><p><span style="color:#212529;">Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities</span></p><p><span style="color:#212529;">Knowledge of safari destinations and wildlife conservation</span></p><p><span style="color:#212529;">Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure</span></p><p><span style="color:#212529;">Proven track record in customer relationship management and developing travel products and services, specifically in the inbound tourism sector.</span></p><p><span style="color:#212529;">Computer literate (Microsoft Office, email, Internet).</span></p><p><span style="color:#212529;">Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.</span></p><p><span style="color:#212529;">Familiarity with TourPlan, WISH, or other booking / operating systems.</span></p><p> </p>
