This position is based in Ballito, KZN, and is ideal for someone with a systems-thinking mindset and a calm, clear approach to communication and coordination under pressure.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>? Coordinate and Orchestrate:</p><p>Track all live incidents or service instances from alert to closure</p><p>Activate required capabilities and support personnel while managing interdependencies</p><p>Ensure seamless handovers, task confirmations, and service flow, including across borders</p><p>? Support Intelligence and Situational Awareness:</p><p>Receive and verify incoming reports and field data</p><p>Conduct first-pass assessments for situational clarity</p><p>Maintain logs, dashboards, and briefings in collaboration with the Intelligence team</p><p>Share updates with stakeholders and responders</p><p> Maintain System Flow:</p><p>Identify and resolve friction points such as delays or unclear roles</p><p>Monitor progress against service milestones, escalating issues when necessary</p><p>Ensure formal service closure and support follow-up debriefs</p><p>Coordinate overlapping or concurrent services</p><p>?
