About the Role

We are seeking an Admin Assistant/HR Support to join our team in Paarl. As an Admin Assistant/HR Support, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, managing stock records, and performing general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with HR-related administration (warnings, contracts, issuing work clothing, etc.)
  • Managing and keeping stock records for items such as gloves, masks, and stickers
  • Maintaining stock for workshop consumables such as oil, rags, and other supplies
  • General administrative duties and helping to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently

Requirements

  • Previous experience is not essential – training will be provided
  • Must be computer literate, especially in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and accurate in their work
  • A go-getter with initiative who is able to take ownership of tasks
