• Must have a Bachelors’ Degree or Diploma in Agriculture
• Minimum 5-10 years’ commercial and sales experience in the agriculture industry within the specified region
• Ability to manage and develop a team of representatives
• Good administration skills and financial acumen is essential
• Excellent knowledge of the market and market development

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing a commercial strategy aligned with business goals.
• Identifying market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Leading the sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
• Maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners to foster long-term business growth.
• Overseeing the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a customer-centric approach.
• Establishing strategies to expand distribution networks, managing targets and discounts for distributors.
• Collaborating with the Technical Manager to align product offerings with market demands.
• Developing and managing the commercial budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Representing the company at industry events to enhance reputation and visibility.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in all commercial activities.
