Job Summary

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and objectives.
- Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to build a skilled workforce.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns and promoting a positive culture.
- Implement and oversee performance management systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify training and development needs, facilitating programs for employee skill enhancement.
- Support organizational change initiatives by providing guidance and resources for smooth transitions.
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess workforce trends and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor`s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years` experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in the retail or agriculture sectors.
- Solid understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and employee relations.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for conflict resolution.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
