Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years` experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in the retail or agriculture sectors.
Solid understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and employee relations.
Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for conflict resolution.
Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
