• Grade 12
• Supply Chain / Logistics / Procurement Diploma/Degree
• More than 3 years experience as a Planner in the Food and Beverage industry 
• A strong background in Raw material planning, supply planning and demand planning
• Proficient with SAP
• MS Excel intermediate

 
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Generate Purchase Orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on time delivery.
• Create and maintain supplier and material master data.
• Responsible for procurement of raw material/packaging.
• Carry out efficient and effective sample management.
• Carry out administrative processing procedures for complaints, in consultation with the buyers.
• To expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
• Coordination with Planning team for material planning & accurate projection.
• Coordination with accounts for Payments to Vendors.
• Build strategic relationships with key suppliers.
