This is a full-time on-site role for a friendly, organized Reception Administration professional, located in Parow valley. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing front-office activities, handling incoming calls and correspondence, greeting and assisting visitors, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office operations. The role also involves administrative tasks such as organizing files, data entry, and supporting various departments with clerical responsibilities. Candidate Requirements: Proficiency in front-office management, including answering calls, appointment scheduling, and visitor handling. Strong organizational and administrative skills, such as data entry, file management and record keeping. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams and external stakeholders. Proficiency with office software tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Sage Accounting will be in your favour. Experience in debtors, creditors, petty cash. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to handle daily operational challenges. Flexibility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under minimal supervision. Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is advantageous. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required, additional certification in office administration is a plus. Must be fluent inf Afrikaans and English. Must have a drivers license and own driveable, reliable transport.
