About the Role
MSP Staffing LTD is seeking an Assistant Financial Manager to join our client in the healthcare sector. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for driving financial excellence and supporting the organization’s life-changing mission. This role offers an opportunity to evolve into a senior leadership position, balancing strategic reporting with fast-paced demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Power BI dashboards and weekly cash flow forecasts
- Facilitate emergency flight bookings and hospitalizations in urgent moments
- Manage the full client financial cycle
- Lead a dedicated finance team
- Ensure sound financial decisions support the organization’s mission
Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in finance, ideally in healthcare or service-based industries
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data models, etc.)
- Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information
