About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Controller to join our team at Status Staffing. As a Quality Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring that all furniture pieces meet our high quality standards. You will inspect products at various stages of production and prior to dispatch, identifying defects and inconsistencies, and reporting any issues to the production team.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect furniture pieces at various stages of production and prior to dispatch
- Identify defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from specifications
- Ensure materials and workmanship meet company and client quality standards
- Record, report, and follow up on quality issues with the production team
- Assist in implementing and maintaining quality control procedures
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production process
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Previous QC or furniture industry experience will be an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Quality-oriented mindset
- Own reliable transport

Salary & Benefits
R12 000.00 – R15 000.00 per annum, A.S.A.P / Immediate
