Store Managers Liquor & Butchery We’re Hiring: Store Managers Liquor & Butchery Locations: Phoenix Industrial / Verulum / UmlaziSalary: R8000 R15000 (based on experience)Working Hours: 7 am 5 pm | Mondays to FridaysBenefits: Provident Fund (once permanent)Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for retail and a knack for numbers? We’re looking for experienced Managers to oversee liquor and butchery operations from open to close. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and know your way around POS systems and stock control, this could be your next big move! What Youll Need:- 2+ years in Liquor/Butchery Store Management (advantageous)- Proven experience managing liquor store operations, staff & customer service- POS Systems & Inventory Management (Sigma knowledge = bonus!)- Strong grasp of gross profit margins & shrinkage control- Own transport essential (Code 8 Drivers License)- Excellent communication skills verbal & written- Computer literate (Microsoft Office + POS systems) Key Responsibilities: Drive profitability through gross margin analysis Minimize stock shrinkage Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction Manage daily operations, staff, and inventoryNo formal qualifications required, just solid experience, industry knowledge, and a proactive mindset.
