If you have a strong track record in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relationsparticularly in the polymer industrythis is your opportunity to make a high-impact contribution.* Lead and grow the Packaging Films business through targeted sales & marketing strategies *Build and sustain lasting customer relationships * Promote brand visibility and market share* Drive customer satisfaction, new product introductions, and process improvement- Meet and exceed sales targets aligned with business goals – Develop and maintain customer relationships across regions – Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis- Launch new value-added products in collaboration with NPD teams- Monitor receivables, manage credit control and inventory- Expand market presence through new customer and distributor acquisition- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing sales & marketing team- Embed TQM practices for team capability and process improvement Need- Relevant Degree or equivalent in Sales/Marketing- 8+ years of Sales & Marketing leadership in a manufacturing setup (polymer industry essential)- Strong understanding of market dynamics, pricing, and profitability projections- Excellent planning, analytical, and negotiation skills.
