Responsibilities:
Suppliers: Communication and maintain good relationships with the suppliers that provide goods and services to the organization. Coordinate subcontracted Logistics service providers to ensure stock is collected and delivered on time Collections and deliveries: Organizing and coordinating collections and deliveries to and from Suppliers Coordinate supplier returns nonconforming stock Always provide up to date information to the Stores Team regarding expected collections and deliveries Call-offs: Submit call-offs to all suppliers on a scheduled routine through to ensure Stores required stock levels are maintained. Submit Emergency call-offs Escalating call-off queries to Purchasing Job
Requirements:
Grade 12 (Critical) Expeditor (advantage) 3 years stores experience 2 years Automotive manufacturing environment Supplier relationship experience The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
