Job Summary
Exciting Opportunity: Product Support Manager Start Date: Early 2025, preferably February Our client is searching for a dedicated Product Support Manager to join their team. This is a unique role for someone looking to shift away from a purely hands-on environment into a position with a mix of office-based responsibilities and technical involvement. What Youll Do In this role, youll take on a variety of responsibilities, including: Acting as the key contact for dealers, ensuring theyre informed about product updates and technical bulletins. Conducting dealer audits and site visits, including workshops and warranty evaluations. Delivering technical training and ongoing support for both systems and products. Monitoring and managing warranty costs to stay within budget. Overseeing warranty inventory and coordinating rework for key components like engines and gearboxes. Enhancing operational efficiency through strategic initiatives. Keeping digital platforms and portals accurate and up to date. Traveling frequently for on-site visits and dealer support, both locally and internationally. Providing actionable insights from the field to improve assembly and repair processes. Who You Are The ideal candidate will bring the following skills and attributes: Flexible and eager to travel on short notice, including cross-border and international trips. Holds or is willing to obtain a valid passport promptly. A code 14 drivers license with PDP is a plus, but not essentialsupport can be provided for acquiring this. Qualified Diesel Mechanic Trade Test is essential. Strong technical aptitude, including diagnostic abilities and a knack for solving complex challenges. Proficient in preparing and delivering professional reports. Self-driven with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently. Familiarity with warranty practices standards is advantageous. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
