• Oversee and manage all site operations and daily activities
• Supervise staff, ensuring productivity, discipline and high performance
• Handle payroll administration and staff-related documentation
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact
• Monitor site performance and implement improvements where needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
• Prepare reports and manage Excel-based tracking sheets
• Support HR-related functions where required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in staff management and payroll
• Matric Certificates 
• Own reliable vehicle
• Background in Human Resources or HR-related functions
• Excellent client-facing and customer interaction skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
