We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Workshop Manager to lead our operations in Pietermaritzburg . If you have a strong background in steam boilers , pipe fitting , and welding , and are ready to take charge of a busy industrial workshop, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure all work is completed efficiently and safely Supervise and manage a team of artisans and technicians Plan, schedule and allocate tasks based on project requirements Maintain workshop equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations Quality control of all fabrication and repair work Liaise with clients and project managers to ensure timely delivery of services Requirements: Proven experience in steam boiler maintenance and repair Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in pipe fitting and welding techniques Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar supervisory or management role Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to read technical drawings and specifications Relevant trade qualifications and certifications Apply Now
