Job Description
Our client is a well-established engineering service provider operating nationally, specialising in technical installations, maintenance, and customer solutions. They focus on delivering top-notch service across multiple sites, prioritising accuracy, workflow efficiency, and exceptional client support. This role offers exposure to hands-on operational processes, warehouse management, and admin leadership within a fast-paced technical environment.
Oversee and manage all branch administrative functions, including stock and warehouse operations, financial controls, and team supervision. Ensure accurate reporting, timely invoicing, and SLA compliance. Maintain stock integrity, support technicians’ operations, and resolve discrepancies. Facilitate smooth interdepartmental collaboration, train and guide administrative staff, and ensure operational excellence while continuously improving branch workflows and customer service standards.
Job experience and Skills Required:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Administration, Business Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehouse, operations, or branch administration within the technical/engineering sector.
- Strong stock control and inventory management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience capturing data on enterprise systems/databases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
