About the Role
Hire Resolve is currently looking for a Business Unit Coordinator to join their client in Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal. In this role, you will oversee and support the business unit’s operations, working closely with the management team and different departments to ensure seamless daily operations and effective communication. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Safety Representatives and the HSE Coordinator to ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies.
- Assist the Material Controller in monitoring and controlling finished goods within the department.
- Conduct and maintain accurate weekly stock takes of finished goods and consumables.
- Reconcile and capture data efficiently.
- Update efficiency schedules daily, particularly concerning raw material control.
- Maintain and update weekly wages and other production schedules.
- Provide general administrative support to the Production Team Leader and Executive.
- Track and update the register of NCQR and CFARs for monitoring trends and statistics.
- Follow up on DRM actions.
- Submit and follow up on trials and associated ISIR requests.
- Address staff and general queries as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Degree, preferably a BCom in Supply Chain.
- Must have passed Maths or Accountancy in Grade 12.
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel.
- Strong administrative abilities.
