About the Role
The HR Generalist role at Fouche & Co Recruitment is a dynamic and fast-paced position that requires an individual with excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. The successful candidate will support organizational compliance and employee lifecycle management while growing into an HR Manager position over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and verify time sheets for all staff
- Oversee employee leave administration and records
- Process monthly payroll in collaboration with finance
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities
- Handle disciplinary procedures and assist with grievance matters
- Maintain up-to-date employee files and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management
- Assist in training and development initiatives
- Act as a liaison between management and staff on HR matters
- Participate in policy development and review
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ HR experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity
- Working knowledge of payroll processes and labor law
- Experience in handling disciplinary matters
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems
Qualifications

Salary & Benefits
R20 000 – R25 000 monthly
